My name is Lonjezo kawalewale, I am aged 23 years old. I stand as one of the Grace Orphan Care Beneficiary. It was in 2008 while I was in Standard 8, that this Organization took its responsibility to Support my School. In 2009, I was selected to Malindi Secondary School and still Grace continue Supporting me in terms of school fees, uniform and other Stationeries! I had to work hard so that I could convince the Organization! It was in 2013 that I was listed to pursue my Education at Teachers Training College. Grace continued supporting m with upkeep and help me in some areas. This really encouraged me, till I became a Professional Primary School Teacher in 2015. As of now I am Currently Working as a teacher! Grace has shown motherly care support and love. I really thank all the sponsors, who made my Destiny! Grace is really an Organization that Gives Hope to the hopeless.

I am Gift wasali, aged 23. I am one of the beneficiaries from Grace orphan care. Grace orphan care has been a pillar to me ever since my secondary school studies. It has been taking of access to school materials like, books, note pads, uniforms, pens and schools ...it gave me hope indeed in time when I was looking for help. It has been my bridge up to now. Currently I am studying nursing at Malawi College of Health Sciences in final year now...May God bless all people who offer their help to grace orphan care and that these support should reach many needy children in the community.

Innocent Kuliyani

My name is Innocent Kuliyani I live at Umi Village T/A Chikowi, Zomba. Lost both parents in 2001 when i was 6 and was raised by a single grandparent. Got enrolled to Grace Orphan Care in 2007, was in primary school standard 7 by then and was 12. Life was not easy because grandmother could not afford food, clothes and school uniform and other school necessities. Grace Orphan Care took charge and started doing all these. They started giving us food, clothes and when you pass with good grades at school, they were motivating us with exercise books, ball point pens, mathematical instrument boxes etc. Life changed and started doing well at school in 2008 was selected to Malindi Secondary School. They paid my school fees throughout my Secondary School and in 2015 i got selected to Malawi College of Health Sciences to study Diploma in Registered Nursing after passing Senior Secondary School Examination. Grace Orphan Care through Benjamin Voss, one of all time donors continued the support that included school fees and pocket money. In 2018, i graduated with a Diploma in Registered Nursing.

My name is Deborah Mtchona aged 16, I started receiving help from Grace orphan care way back. So am in form 4 and expecting to write Malawi School which is starting on 27 October this month. For entire period Grace Orphan Care has been providing school fees, school uniform, note books and other necessary materials. I am so thankful for all support I have received from Grace and it is my pleading that these help should reach many other needy students for their bright future.

Hie, my name is Dickson Kazembe now 26 years old. Just like other children I am one of the Grace Orphan Care beneficiaries. In 2008 I was adopted by Grace orphan care for academic support that was when I was in standard 8. Throughout my studies from primary to university Grace has been supporting in many areas. In 2019 I graduated from Malawi Assemblies of God University with Bachelor’s degree Education. The financial, physical, spiritual as well as emotional support from Grace made me to reach where I am today. I could have failed to attain my dreams but through Grace Orphan Care all has been possible. Currently I am working at one of the private school in Zomba and also working with Grace Orphan Care on voluntary basis. I am so thankful for all the support and plead for continuation of these support.

I am Edward Laisi aged 26, I am one of the individuals who have benefited from Grace Orphan Care. Grace orphan care started supporting me from 2006 in these areas: school fees, school uniforms, note books and other necessary materials, It has been so much great to receive such help as it had eased the challenges we faced from our home. These support was I deal as it gave the motivation to work hard. I possess Malawi School Certificate of Education and I am working at Malawi prison service, l kindly thanks Grace Orphan for help rendered to me during the time of my studies. It is in my knowledge that without Grace orphan Care l could had face many challenges in my education.

My name is Stellah Joseph, village head woman Chilemere, where Grace orphan is found. The establishment of this orphanage has been great help in my village and entire community. The programs and projects that are being run to this organization has been beneficial. Starting from feeding program, school fees payments, elderly and HIV/AIDS support has been great. Grace orphan care has been a place where children are motivated and encouraged for their future. A lot of children have been supported that others have finished their tertiary education while other are working and others are still studying. I appreciate for all what is being done here and all these support should not stop.

Hello, my name is Ernest Pondeponde, the director of Grace Orphan care. Number of students giving their testimonies for the support that they received or receiving from Grace represent large number of students who have been supported from Grace Orphan Care. More than 50 students have been supported in their schools including those in colleges and university. Some of the children who have been helped from Grace have completed their studies and others are working. Its great achievement that we have made from the support that we receive from you. Beside the students commenting how they have benefited from Grace Orphan Care, is Chilemere Village Headwoman who also made remarks on how the community is benefitting from our institution. She recommends for further support and reach many needy children as there are a lot of them need to be supported in many areas.

At Grace orphan care so far now we have number of projects that we are carrying out. All these programs and projects are meant to benefit our children together with community. For the entire period I have been working for Grace, I have seen the life of many children changing. We have really give hope to so many needy children and open the bright future for many. Among the programs that are at Grace Orphan Care school support project. In this program secondary school students are being supported with school fees, school uniforms and other school materials like note books, pens. We also have a part time teacher who help with extra classes for our children in secondary schools. The another program is feeding program. In this program our children are being feed with porridge from Monday to Friday. The porridge is helping a lot in the surrounding community. We also have kindergarten school where all the orphans and needy students are learning for free. We also have community elderly and people living with HIV/AIDS support and home based care support where Grace staffs in conjunction with Grace youths we are able to help elderly people, people living with HIV/AIDS, and disabled and needy people in community. As director I am so grateful for the full support that Grace Orphan Care receives from you. The support that you always send to Grace orphan care is really changing the life of many children and community as whole. I am looking forward for further support to reach many children as we can.
